Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he began in the year 2007. As a Board Member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the future generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the director's board for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online pieces as well as a contributing author in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne was married to Leslie. They have three children.
